Where do the forecast numbers come from?

From your own sales history: a blend of the last 7, 30 and 90 days of sales, adjusted for seasonality when there's at least a year of history to prove it. Click "Why?" next to any recommendation to see every input — velocity, lead time, safety stock, rounding.

Why is a product missing from the buying table?

The buying table only shows products that need ordering. Products with enough stock are counted in the "covered" number above the table. Untracked products can be excluded on the Products page.

Does receiving a PO change my Shopify inventory?

Yes — that's the point. When you receive a delivery (fully or partially), Proviand writes the received quantities into Shopify inventory at the PO's location. Imported Stocky history never does.

How do I import from Stocky?

Settings → Import Stocky data, then drag in Stocky's PO CSV exports. See the migration guide for details.

What data do you store?

Product and inventory data, daily aggregated sales totals, and the suppliers you add. No customer personal data, ever. Full details in the privacy policy.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the app — everything is deleted automatically on Shopify's redaction schedule. Want it gone sooner? One email.
